We went to a clairvoyant evening that Slices put on 24th June, a really fantastic evening of listening to the clairvoyant and fantastic Pizza. This was our first visit, the pizza came out fast, fresh and hot, best in town I would say. The staff on this evening were great, a credit to the restaurant. The only issue we had was, the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable, cheap hard chairs that look like they came from the Range or B&M, and in fairness would stop us going again. It would be worth spending a few thousand on comfortable padded chairs. Otherwise, if you don't mind uncomfortable chairs, I would urge people to go and taste the yummy Pizza and experience the atmosphere.

We popped by during lunchtime. I was dubious about the pizza getting replenished quickly but this isn’t an issue at all and were offered fresh pizza every few minutes or so. We were stuffed after 9/10 slices and were offered more even though it was a quiet restaurant. We will be back again with family even though we aren’t local to Bury. Avoid the big generic chains and support local stone based pizza companies!

I treated my 9 year old pizza mad son to dinner here Friday evening and we both had a brilliant meal. The service was great, staff all really engaged with my son. So many options of Pizza's brought out for you to try, including garlic pizza bread. It can sometimes take a little while in between slices to come out as you only get one slice at a time. We also shared dessert and had the chocolate dipped doughnuts which were delicious. My son said it's the best pizza ever! Restaurant is family friendly with highchairs as well as suitable for couples. Lovely atmosphere! We would definitely visit again with friends. They also offer takeaway which is worth mentioning. Really reasonably priced! 38 for two drinks, Pizza's and dessert. The honey chicken pizza was absolutely divine.

If I could rate more, I would! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Alice's and just like you would imagine it was the perfect venue for our small, fun, colourful wedding! The pizzas went down incredibly for all of the guests. All dietary requirements were kindly catered to and the service was flowing non stop. They offered lovely drinks too. The staff made the day so special, allowing us to come by the night before and drop off decorations, bring in our own wedding cake and music. On the day the staff were nothing but kind and helpful. Thank you slices for making our day even more special!

Popped in to Slices for an unplanned mother's day meal. Service was great and what can I say BOTTOMLESS pizza!! What more can you ask for overall the experience was great we had our kids with us and everyone enjoyed the food. Great selection of amazing pizza's. Will definitely be visiting again. Thanks

This place....wow why go to pizza express next door when slices sells equally if not better pizza and did I mention it’s unlimited too will be visiting every time I’m in Sudbury as a pizza connoisseur this place is hard to beat....great service too don’t pass this place up if you love pizza as much as I do!! 100/10 I’ll be back!!!!

All different topping combinations kept coming, fresh and hot, one large slice at a time, until we could eat no more! (All you can eat for a reasonable fixed price) Interesting combinations of ingredients on each different offering, some of which were a refreshingly different or unusual combination that we’d never have opted for on a full size pizza. It’s much nicer to get a different fresh slice one at a time, because if you have a full size pizza like normally elsewhere, by the time that you’re halfway through it, it’s getting cooler and solidifying. So this “Slices” is so much better. The pizza here is thin base, with a perfect slightly crispy crust. Plenty of cheese too. Pizza slices are served fresh on a slate base, onto your own individual slate platter. Unusual and adds interest. As for the service it was charming and quirky, with nothing being too much trouble. One of us had a birthday, so they presented a cake we bought in earlier on, with great occasion, adding their own candles. Thanks guys, we will return!

Such a good evening I would highly recommend. This is my second visit and it's awesome. Really good service great food, nice chilled atmosphere. Sang happy birthday to a (happy and slightly mortified) teen at another table, it was just really friendly. We were well looked after,all of us are veggies not only was there plenty of pizzas but a great variety as well. Lovely evening all of us said we would be back.
